“Lithuania and Vilnius is like home far away from home”. Kunal Banerjee from India is a Master’s student on a Finance and Banking programme.

After receiving his acceptance letter last February he researched Lithuania a lot in preparation and felt very comfortable upon arrival here. Kunal spends 17 hours at the library daily, but says he loves the intensity of the studies. “This is my second Master’s degree and I was an assistant professor in India, my passion is in teaching. After my Master’s I want to stay at Vilnius University for a PhD.”
