Future Master Students: Apply for Arqus Talent Scholarship 2024

As members of The “Arqus” European University Alliance, VU is happy to announce that our applicants for Master’s degree studies could apply for the Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund.

The Arqus European University Alliance announced the third call for applications for the Arqus Talent Scholarships. They are looking for talented graduates and students who want to pursue a Master’s degree at one of the Arqus partner universities (Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Lyon 1, Maynooth, Minho, Padua, Vilnius, and Wroclaw), including compulsory mobility at a second Arqus partner university.

A minimum of 8 Arqus Talent Scholarships will be awarded for this third call. The scholarship consists of a subsistence allowance of 1,400€/month to cover the student’s living costs, medical insurance, and a materials allowance. In addition, the Arqus Talent Scholarship will cover the tuition fee at the student’s entrance university.

The Arqus European University Alliance would also like to support students with fewer opportunities under this scholarship scheme by providing a special needs fund of 250€/month.

Priority will be given to students with fewer opportunities, refugees/asylum seekers and applicants with a Bachelor’s degree not obtained at the Arqus university where they will undertake the Master’s degree or where they are currently enrolled.

The selection results will be published on the Arqus website at the end of July 2024, stating the name, surname, and nationality of the applicants as well as the average score of the applications by the Selection Committee.
