University Bachelor degree in the fields of Social Sciences (Economics) or Business and Management Sciences (Business, Public Administration).
In case the applicant does not have Bachelor degree in required fields, he/she has to take bridge courses and pass required exams (20 ECTS) in the fields of Economics, Management and Business Administration or Social Sciences or to support acquired analogous practical 3-year experience with the proper documents.

The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Russian / Lithuanian.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
Translation is considered to be official when it is bound together with the certified true copy of the original document and is confirmed by the translator’s signature. Documents issued in English, Lithuanian or Russian must be certified true copies and do not require translation.
It is required that you send verified copies of the entry qualification documents directly to the university by postal mail. Important! Never send original documents by post!

The aim of the study programme is to prepare highly qualified public administration specialists-experts and analysts, who are able to integrate fundamental knowledge of public governance, regional development and the abilities of research and expert activities in the preparation and implementation of regional development programmes. It is obligatory for Joint Master’s study programme the physical students’ mobility for one semester to Pardubice University in Czech Republic– for students admitted at VU mobility allocated in third semester.
The graduates can work in state and local (municipal) government and public administration institutions, national and international organizations, businesses, regional development and consulting agencies, non-governmental organizations, research centres, where competencies for regional development and management expertise are necessary.
