Overview

• A programme that builds your managerial skills – where you’ll learn how to create and run a business as well as to successfully work in a huge variety of managerial positions at business organizations.
• The students starting their studies in 2024 will have a unique opportunity to pursue a double degree diploma! According to the cooperation agreement signed between Vilnius University (Bachelor’s Management program) and the University of Granada in Spain (Bachelor’s Business Management and Administration programme), students will have the opportunity to study at the University of Granada in the 5h and 6th semester and thus, upon graduation, they will obtain diplomas of two universities: Bachelor of Business Management at Vilnius University and Bachelor of Business at the University of Granada.
• You are given the opportunity for related studies, a broad and engaging range of knowledge that You will find useful for building or running a business and successfully working at business organizations.
• By studying management and business subjects, You will develop an excellent knowledge base for becoming a successful entrepreneur or any field manager at a business organization.
• In parallel, You will have the opportunity to develop your own start-up business in the VU TechHub pre-accelerator.

Career opportunities

Graduates typically work as a business (or start-up) creators and owners; and/or gain positions in Lithuanian and international organizations: Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Distribution Manager, Purchasing Manager, Supply Manager, Communication Manager, Project Manager, etc.

Graduates are able to apply theory in the real world and are therefore likely to be attractive to employers as future strategic leaders and senior managers, and are also able to work as middle-level managers at business organizations or public institutions in domestic and/or international markets.
